I have tried every diet and workout regimen out there I feel and nothing works. Not because the diets or workouts aren't helpful but it's due to me. I love the active wear and I love trying new things but then I quit. I get soooo bored working out and eating good because it's so much more fun to just go out and get a pizza and wine with friends or order in and watch a movie on the couch with my boyfriend. I am hoping that investing in some new pieces will motivate me to get to work... I am a bit self-conscious when it comes to the mid section. I focus too much on the appearance when I work out so flowy tanks and layers make me feel better. Then the more I lose, the more clothing I can shed. Just in time for summer - that way I won't get heat stroke! I love these loose running shorts above. I hate feeling too constricted when working out because there always seems to be a lot of adjusting so instead I would go for something like these! I just got my new pair of Skyscapes as seen above - OBSESSED! You feel like your wearing nothing at all and they are so light that you just run more effortlessly. I recommend for everyone!
I also just purchased my new S'well bottle for water. I used to always have a Camlebak handy but I hate the mouthpiece and how Chapstick or Lip Gloss gets stuck to it - it's gross. Then I discovered S'well and just love it! This company partners with charitable organizations such as WaterAid, American Forests, and Drink Up. Feels good to do good while staying hydrated! Please feel free to share with me any workout or diet tips that make it easier!!

This past Saturday was my 24th birthday! My family and friends showered me with awesome gifts and I thought I'd share some of them below. Spring is definitely in the air with these and I am very grateful to have family and friends that love me enough to celebrate with me! Kate Spade Cross-body * Marled Gap Sweater (Mine is pink though!) * Striped Gap Scarf (perfect for layering) * Keds (obviously Taylor Swift collection) * Monogram Stationary (C for me!) * Floral Robe {similar} * Xo,
Carly Happy Friday everyone :-) I am happy to announce that my sister and her husband finally bought their dream home in their dream neighborhood this past weekend! They have been working their tails off all week painting and knocking walls down and just counting down the minutes before they can settle in. My lovely sister has been pinning away for months waiting to bring these pins to life, and now she can! Below was some of her inspiration: And here are a few pieces she can now buy to bring these pins to life: Sofa * Throw Pillows * Plantation Coffee Table * Antique Mirror * Table Lamp * Area Carpet * Wall Art This post is for you Danielle <3 Congratulations!
Xo, Carly I love layering with fun scarves for the Spring! You?
Xo, Carly Hi dears! I recently purchased this beautiful lipstick from Anthropologie and am obsessed! I kept looking for that pop of color that didn't look like I was trying to hard. This one, Albeit Lipstick in CERISE is the ONE! You can put it on with a matte finish and let the color do its job or you can tab it in the center of your lips and then swipe on a clear gloss and make your lips look subtle. Whatever you choose to do I think it is perfect for this Spring weekend!
